Unless you’ve been off the internet for a few days, you’ve probably seen that video of Dr. Dan Stock in Indiana floating around on social media. His testimony in front of the Mt. Vernon, Indiana School Board exploded in popularity – largely because what he questioned mask mandates for children. Naturally, Dr. Stock is now being smeared by leftists and healthcare flacks for the Biden regime.
The School Board was considering mask mandates for young schoolkids and probably some mandatory vaccinations just to be on the safe side. Dr. Stock calmly and professionally explained the folly of all this. And now he’s being savaged for it.
The video of Dr. Stock’s 6-minute testimony is below if you haven’t seen it yet. It’s remarkable.
So, the attacks against Dr. Stock are coming fast and furious. Media outlets are claiming that the facts he presents are “vaccine misinformation.” Some of the nastier complainers are exclaiming that Dr. Stock is not “board certified.”
Good grief. This is the same old credentials whack-a-mole that SJW leftists like to play whenever they start losing an argument. If you point out the holes in global warming to a leftist, they’ll huff and puff and ask you if you have a PhD in Climatology like Dr. So-and-So who believes in global warming.
So what if Dr. Dan Stock isn’t “board certified?” You need a medical license to practice medicine (which he has). None of the 50 states require a doctor to be “board certified” in order to practice medicine. Many doctors in the US are not board certified. Believe it or not, after completing 12 to 16 years of medical school, a lot of people don’t feel like sitting down and taking one more test when they could be practicing medicine and paying off their med school student loans instead.
Anyway, Dr. Stock makes some scientifically backed statements about the complete and total, utter uselessness of masks against coronavirus. This is true. There are a wheelbarrow full of studies proving that masks are actually harmful to many people and especially to young children. They need to be able to see people’s faces to develop communication skills. And does it sound crazy to wonder if wearing a mask for several hours a day breathing their own carbon dioxide might have a negative effect on a child’s brain development?
But the remarks from Dr. Stock about the magical thinking around COVID vaccines is what has leftists really angry. Medical science has never eradicated a respiratory virus before in human history. Yet the CDC, the NIH and the Biden regime are acting as if we are going to eradicate COVID because of these experimental medicines. Again: We have never eradicated a respiratory virus through the use of vaccines.
Smallpox is the only disease we’ve eradicated, because as Dr. Stock points out, smallpox isn’t transmitted back and forth between animals and humans like most other viruses. Smallpox was only transmissible between humans, so we zapped that one. As for every viral disease, we have not and will never eradicate them.
Polio is still around. It’s rampant in places like Afghanistan, Pakistan and India. So is Tetanus, Hepatitis A and B, measles, German measles, whooping cough, chicken pox, strep throat, rotavirus and diphtheria. 14 players on an NHL hockey team caught the mumps during the 2014 season.
As Dr. Stock notes, vaccines do not and cannot eradicate most viruses. Most vaccines don’t even prevent you from getting infected with the disease you’re vaccinated against – including COVID. Israel is finally starting to admit this. 85% of their population is vaccinated, which is way above what the experts told us would provide herd immunity. Nearly 100% of the spike in cases in Israel last month – cases which required hospitalization – were among the vaccinated. The efficacy of these vaccines appears to collapse after just a few months, which public health officials are hiding from Americans right now by blaming the “unvaccinated” for the outbreaks we’re having.

It is remarkable and sad that the observations of not just a physician but a clinician practicing in this field are derided and attacked by blue-check bloggers, and we are supposed to accept unquestioningly the opinions of untrained hipsters sitting at computers in their underwear.
