If you feel like your quality of life is getting worse by inches the longer that Joe Biden is in office, it’s not your imagination. It’s by design. Bidenflation is crushing American families. It’s hard to imagine that the leaders of a country could hate their own people so much as to deliberately cause runaway inflation, but we’ve been headed toward this for years now.
It’s so sad and unnecessary, because a just a short time ago, we saw how great life in America could truly be with a leader – Donald Trump – who cared about the American people. I hope that many people get the opportunity to read this, because life in America is about to get much, much worse. We all need to brace ourselves.
I’ve been complaining about the price of groceries and other essentials for many months now, but Bidenflation is starting to hammer every area of the economy. Since the day of Joe Biden’s fake inauguration behind razor-wire, the price of milk has increased by $2 a gallon where I live. Gas has shot up to around $5 a gallon. Grass-fed steak has more than doubled to $24 a pound. Chicken and pork have increased significantly too, although I haven’t tracked the price of those as closely.
It looks like the $3.5 Green New Deal “infrastructure” bill is not going to pass, but if it somehow does, meat will become unaffordable for the middle class. That’s not an exaggeration. As one Texas congressman noted, the bill contains massive climate change taxes that will impact farmers like nothing that’s ever been done in this country before. The infrastructure bill imposes massive per animal taxes on farmers.
It will assess a $2,600 tax on dairy farms for every milk cow they own. Beef cows will be taxed at $1,900 apiece. Hogs will be taxed at $600 apiece. Assuming that farmers don’t just automatically sell off their entire herds (and why wouldn’t they?), the cost of meat would be out of reach for most Americans. Those taxes are two to three times what the animals are actually worth. Just to grill steaks on the Fourth of July would cost more than most families’ monthly food budgets right now. That’s not an exaggeration. Who’s looking forward to paying $30 to $40 for a pound of bacon? I’m not.
Inflation was running at 5.3% in August. There’s word today that inflation on household necessities is expected to peak at about 11% by next month – and then hold steady at that rate through the end of 2022.
But the thing that should have every American concerned is the price of natural gas in Europe right now. Let me explain.
Home heating costs just increased by more than 40% overnight in the EU. That’s a massive day-to-day increase, right as we’re heading into the chillier fall months. The EU dinked around and didn’t purchase enough natural gas from supplier nation to actually last the continent through the winter. The media is blaming Vladimir Putin for this, but it’s not his fault. Russia has consistently offered the EU more than enough natural gas to meet their needs, while the EU has fiddled around by refusing the contracts that Putin offered and trying to move gas trading to the spot market. The EU has been doing this for years, and it’s finally come back to bite them.
The artificial gas shortages that the EU has created are about to hit global energy markets. And guess what? America has not been energy independent since DAY ONE of the Biden regime. We’re going to be purchasing gas from the same markets that the EU has just caused to skyrocket. Get ready for sticker shock when you try to heat your home this winter, because the same problem impact the EU is about to impact us right here at home.
Despite having the ability to ease the pain that Americans are feeling at the gas pump, Biden has refused to budge. He won’t unleash America’s staggering energy reserves to help the American people. So, there’s no reason he will do anything to help when home heating prices shoot through the roof in a couple of months. You already know what he’ll do. He’ll give another speech about how it’s all caused by global warming and unvaccinated Trumpers. It’s not Joe’s fault. It’s yours!
