As usual, President Donald Trump has shown himself to have more guts than the rest of the GOP leadership in this country, combined. Now that America’s real president has emerged from his brief hibernation, he’s asking some critical questions at his much needed and much appreciated MAGA rallies. These are questions that Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy have never bothered to ask, such as, “Who killed Ashli Babbitt?” and “Why are the January 6 protesters still in jail?”
Here’s one more question that we should add to the list: Where are all the civil rights lawyers fighting against this unprecedented jailing and torturing of American citizens on US soil?
Think back to the days when our failed wars in Iraq and Afghanistan were going on, and the Bush administration was jailing the worst-of-the-worst Al Qaeda fighters at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. You couldn’t turn on a television or open a newspaper in those days without some talking head or a civil rights attorney blathering about how Bush was “torturing” POWs by denying them access to Korans and prayer mats. The left demanded that these enemy soldiers who were captured on the battlefield – sometimes immediately after killing American soldiers – should be given federal jury trials. Civil rights lawyers lined up around the block for the chance to represent Al Qaeda terrorists absolutely free of charge.
Despite my contempt for the left, I can kind of see that argument from both sides. No matter how you feel about them, at least we had a big national debate about how America should treat foreign war detainees held on foreign soil.
There should not be any debate about how the January 6 protesters should be treated. They’re Americans on US soil! We’ve pretty much had those questions settled ever since the Bill of Rights was written. It says pretty clearly that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are not allowed to torture their political opponents in jail over misdemeanor trespassing charges. If that’s not an impeachable offense for Biden and Harris, I don’t know what is.
The situation for the January 6 protesters is even worse than we thought, by the way. I’ll be using more discretion from now on when writing about them. It turns out that if the guards learn that a protester is raising a stink about the horrific conditions in the Biden concentration camp, the protester gets tortured worse.
For that reason, I’ll no longer be using the legal names of any January 6 protesters in these articles. They’ll just have to be John Smiths or Jane Does, because I don’t want the torture of American prisoners by the banana republic Biden regime on my conscience.
One protester did speak out through his attorney this week about the hell-on-earth conditions in the DC jail. By the way, this jail we’re talking about is under Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser’s jurisdiction; she’s just as guilty of crimes against humanity as Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Merrick Garland are, in my humble opinion.
Anyway, the protester’s attorney – a man named Steven Metcalf who is representing half a dozen of the detainees on their criminal charges – spoke out on the solitary confinement conditions in the jail. It’s worse than we thought.
I’ve told you previously that the detainees are suffering in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day. It’s weird how solitary confinement for that length of time in the rest of the world is considered a crime against humanity, but it’s perfectly okay when Joe Biden does it, huh? But that 23 hours a day is only Monday through Friday. They stay in their cages for 48 hours straight whenever the weekend rolls around.
This quote from Mr. Metcalf about the drinking fountains in the protesters’ cells should enrage every American:
“I’m being told the water is black. He has to filter the water through a sock in order to even drink water.”
Are you kidding me?! This is happening to America citizens right now. They have to filter their disgusting fountain water through their socks just to get enough of the gunk out of it to take a drink??
Metcalf continued:
“In addition to only going out one hour a day, there’s also the weekend when he doesn’t get out at all, and he’s not able to use a shower.”
A guy who owns a gym about a mile away from my house is in one of those cells. These detainees are housewives, business owners, blue collar and white collar workers. They’re our friends and neighbors. They trespassed in a government building, and they’re being treated like foreign spies who got captured in Kim Jong Un’s favorite brothel.
So, once again: Where are all the civil rights lawyers? Why aren’t they suing the Biden regime to get these people released – or at least to get them treated as nicely as Charles Manson was always treated in jail? Where’s the ACLU? Where’s Amnesty International? Why is everybody so quiet about all of this when Joe Biden is the one doing the torturing?
A reporter from an alternative news station needs to get in there and expose what’s happening.
Perhaps Predident Trump can make a visit like he did to the border. Seems like no one else cares to get the facts. DESPICABLE.

These Jan. 6 protesters are American citizens and should Not be treated this way, those Anti-American citizens burning and looting America’s cities get bailed out if they’re caught, so backwards what’s going on, it’s gotta end.
Evil is being exposed on a grand scale. It will rule for a short time. The purpose is to give everyone a choice, an unmistakable contrast, of which the consequences is eternal.

Due process is a right, not a inconvenience for the Democrats. Biden/Harris regime should be impeached for violating the protesters rights and then brought up on civil rights charges. Mercer University Law professors have all the Constitutional rights at there finger tips and so do all Law Colleges, but a lot of the professors and Deans are Democrats, so they just conveniently “missed that paragraph” in their searches. We are just “common folk” and not capable of understanding the intricacies of written law. Seriously? My IQ and education are well above average and to be discarded as common folk, is a slap in the face to myself and all college educated citizens. Again, Biden and Harris should both be impeached and then brought up on civil and criminal charges. I cannot and do not pretend to know the ultimate fate of the political prisoners incarcerated these past six months for the activities of January 6, 2021. However, the blatant hypocrisy of the government as to the mistreatment of said prisoners is painfully obvious to ANYONE having only one get eye, one good ear, and a minimum of half sense, and is BEYOND REDEMPTION! Hell’s Bells, even Joe Biden in his diminished capacity can discern this! While Mitch McConnell may have his shortcomings, he definitely got it right when he kept Merrick Garland, Biden’s AG, off the Supreme Court back in 2016! In doing so, he prevented a political tragedy of epic proportion!

Why is there no trials. Merrick Garland does even know that he will be the fall guy for these crimes.
